Prices quoted are per vehicle.
Any amendments that need to be made to the booking (including but not limited to an address that has been entered incorrectly), are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Amendments can be made directly through the website up to 2 days prior to the booked date and time of the first (or only) section of your transfer. Otherwise, any amendment request within 48 to 24 hours prior to the booked date and time must be sent to us in writing, by email, within office hours ( 08.00-19.00 CET) and will take effect from the date and time of receipt. Whilst we will try to assist, we cannot guarantee that any requests for amendments will be met and additional charges may apply.
Amendment requests that are submitted outside of our office hours ( 08.00-19.00 CET) and/or less than 24 hours before the booked date and time of the transfer will not be accepted.
Amendments cannot be made to ‘bookings on the day’ orders and, in the event of cancellations, these bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellations can be made without any additional charge up to 24 hours prior to the booked transfer date and time. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the transfer will not be reimbursed.
